Terms and Conditions

1. General Information

Marine Yacht | SSI Dive Center ("we", "our", or "the Company") provides scuba diving trips, SSI-certified training courses, snorkeling excursions, and yacht charters in the Red Sea from Hurghada, Egypt. By booking or participating in any of our services, you ("the customer") agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Booking and Payments

Bookings must be confirmed via email, WhatsApp, or through our official website.
A deposit may be required to secure your reservation.
Full payment is due before or on the day of your trip or course.
We accept payments in EUR (primary currency), EGP, USD (by exchange rate), or via credit card.
Bank transfers are available upon request and must be confirmed in advance.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

48+ hours before activity: Free cancellation and full refund.
Less than 48 hours: 50% cancellation fee applies.
Same-day cancellation or no-show: No refund.
Refunds are made in the original payment method.

4. Diving Requirements

Certified divers must present valid certification (SSI, PADI, or equivalent).
All participants must complete a medical questionnaire and liability waiver before diving.
You are responsible for confirming your fitness to dive.
Divers must always follow the dive guide's instructions and remain within recreational dive limits.

5. Training Courses

Courses follow the international standards set by Scuba Schools International (SSI).
Certification is granted only after completing all performance requirements.
No refunds will be issued if a course is not completed due to fear, medical reasons, or personal issues.

6. Snorkeling and Boat Trips

Guests must follow safety instructions from the captain and crew.
Life vests are provided and must be worn when required.
Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Do not touch or disturb marine life or coral reefs.

7. Safety and Insurance

Marine activities involve inherent risks.
All guests are strongly advised to carry personal travel and diving insurance.
Marine Yacht | SSI Dive Center is not liable for injury, loss, damage, or delays caused by weather, personal negligence, or third-party services.

8. Weather and Conditions

All trips are subject to weather and sea conditions.
If a trip is cancelled due to weather, we will offer an alternative date or a full refund.

9. Photos and Media

Our team may take photos or videos for marketing and social media use.
If you prefer not to be photographed, please notify us in advance.

10. Privacy Policy

We only collect personal information necessary for booking, safety, and certification.
Your data will not be sold or shared unless required for legal or training purposes.

11. Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Egypt. Any disputes will be settled by the competent courts of Hurghada, Egypt.

Marine Yacht | SSI Dive Center reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be published on our official website and apply immediately unless stated otherwise.
