• SSI Open Water Diver certification or equivalent
• Good health; medical clearance if required

Description:

Explore the underwater world of sunken ships.

The SSI Wreck Diver Specialty teaches certified divers how to safely plan and conduct wreck dives while understanding the unique challenges and hazards of underwater wreck environments. You will learn wreck navigation, buoyancy control, safety procedures, and responsible techniques for exploring wrecks.

With expert SSI instructor guidance, you will gain the confidence to discover both shallow and deeper wrecks while respecting the marine environment and preserving underwater history.

• Ideal for divers interested in exploring Red Sea shipwrecks.
• Can be combined with other SSI specialty courses for advanced training.
• Maximum depth: 30 m / 100 ft
• Age depth limits:
• Ages 10–11: Maximum 12 m (maximum 2 participants per instructor)
• Ages 12–14: Maximum 18 m
• Ages 15+: Maximum 30 m
• Training schedule may vary depending on weather and sea conditions.
• Digital learning materials and certification are linked to your personal SSI account.
• Once activated, SSI digital learning materials and training materials are non-refundable and remain permanently assigned to the participant's SSI account.
